It also includes public sector undertakings and official autonomous body officials-employees.
Apart from these, professionals like doctors, engineers and lawyers, as well as retired pensioners with monthly pension of more than Rs 10,000 and income tax filling in the previous assessment year have also been excluded from this scheme.
