Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has accused her political opponents of a conspiracy to kill her. According to news agency ANI, Hasina’s party Awami League has released her audio clip. In this, Hasina told how she and her sister had fled the country to save their lives in August last year.
He claimed that on August 5, death was just 20-25 minutes away from him. In the clip, Haseena is heard crying and saying-
I am suffering, I am away from my country and my home, everything is burnt. My opponents conspired to kill me but I survived. Because I believe that the hand of Allah is behind me, who saved me.
Sheikh Hasina further said that my survival in the 2000 Kotalipara bomb blast, my survival from the attack on August 21, 2004 and my survival on August 5, 2024, are the will of Allah behind all this. If this had not happened I would not have been able to survive.

Bangladesh has also appealed to India to deport Hasina. However, the Indian government has extended his visa, making it clear that he will not be deported to Bangladesh.

As soon as Hasina’s government ended this reservation, students started demanding her resignation. Within no time, a large number of students and common people came out on the streets against Hasina and her government.
Two months after this protest, on August 5, Sheikh Hasina resigned from the post of Prime Minister and left Bangladesh and came to India. After this an interim government was established.

At the same time, religious places of other minority groups including Hindus are being continuously targeted inside Bangladesh. Regarding this also, there is tension between the governments of both the countries.
