In this, condolences were expressed for Y Puran Kumar’s IAS officer wife Amneet P Kumar. Many officers also expressed anger. Especially in the last few years, displeasure was expressed over the targeting of senior officers by the Anti Corruption Bureau.
Here, SC and ST IAS, IPS, HCS and HPS officers are openly speaking against DGP Shatrujit Kapoor in their respective groups. The most important thing in this whole matter is that after this suicide case, some such officers are also active, who are with DGP Shatrujit Kapoor and Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarania and are giving them complete input.

40 IAS officers expressed anger along with grief In the virtual meeting of Haryana IAS Association held late on Friday evening, grief was expressed over the suicide of Y Puran Kumar. In this entire matter, the officials demanded strict action against the culprits. This meeting was presided over by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi. About 40 IAS officers joined the meeting virtually. He also expressed his views regarding this case in the meeting.
Officers spoke openly on the use of ACB in a few years According to sources, many officials in the meeting expressed anger and concern over the unnecessary use and action of the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) in the last few years. Especially anger was expressed over ACB targeting senior officers. The DGP was the target of these officers in the meeting. In the association meeting, many officers including senior IAS Mohammad Shine, Vijay Dahiya, Raj Narayan Kaushik and RK Singh openly discussed the issues of the officers.
A day earlier, late on Friday evening, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi and Home Secretary Dr. Sumita Mishra had reached the official residence of Puran Kumar’s wife Amneet P. Kumar.

At the same time, questions are still being raised on this entire process. These officials are talking about calling a meeting regarding this entire matter as soon as possible.
3. Third: Officers belonging to SC-ST The officials have formed this group regarding the suicide case of IPS Y Puran. This group is composed of IAS and IPS officers belonging to SC-ST category. All the updates related to this matter are being shared in this group. Also, direct attacks are being made against DGP Shatrujit Kapoor and Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarania. Confidential information is also being exchanged in this group.
4. HCS-HPS already given support HCS officers have already come out openly in support of Y Puran Kumar’s wife Amneet P Kumar in the suicide case. About 115 HCS officers associated with the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Officers Association have demanded strict action against the accused after the FIR was registered in this case. The HCS Officers Association has also written a letter to Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini supporting the victim’s family.
