In Haryana, judges were changed on a large scale on the day of Diwali. The names of 27 judicial officers are included in the transfer list released by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

It is written in the transfer order that except Manish Dua at number 18 in the list, other officers should immediately leave their current assignments and take up their new assignments. The transfer and appointment of Manish Dua will be effective from November 3, 2025.
The order reads that the concerned District and Sessions Judge shall ensure that if any officer is dealing with the cases of MPs, MLAs, such cases are transferred to any other court of competent jurisdiction before the next date fixed there.
