AAP leaders had made fun of Santa by posting videos on social media.
Delhi Police has filed an FIR against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders Saurabh Bhardwaj, Sanjay Jha and Adil Ahmed Khan. All of them are accused of hurting the sentiments of the Christian community.
In fact, on December 18, Saurabh Bhardwaj had posted a video on his social media, in which Santa Claus was made fun of. Video was built at Connaught Place, In which Santa Claus becomes unconscious after hearing 376 AQI and then Saurabh Bhardwaj gives him CPR.

Accusation of hurting religious sentiments
AAP leaders are accused of hurting religious sentiments of the Christian community. A case has been registered against him under section 295 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). Delhi Police is investigating the entire matter.
