On 16 January, Saif Ali Khan was attacked by entering his house. In the investigation of this case, RPF from the fort of Chhattisgarh arrested Akash Kanaujia, considering it as a suspect. After the arrest, Shariful from Mumbai arrested and confessed the crime, due to which Akash was released. Now a statement of Akash has come out that he said that his life has been ruined by arrest. The job also got out of hand and the marriage was also broken due to arrest. According to Akash, when he was arrested, he went to meet his future bride.

In an interview to PTI recently, 31 -year -old Akash Kanaujia said, “My family was surprised when the media started showing my photos and claimed that I am a suspect of the matter.” The mistake of the Mumbai Police ruined my life. He failed to focus on the fact that my mustache was and the person seen in the CCTV of Saif’s building did not have a mustache.

Akash Kanaujia was arrested on 18 January.

Further, Akash Kanaujia said, I got a police call, in which he asked where I am. As soon as I said I am at home, the call was disconnected. I was going to meet my future bride, when I was arrested from the fort and taken to Raipur. Then the Mumbai Police reached there and exploited me.

In the conversation, Akash said that his life was ruined after his arrest. He said, when I called my boss, he told me do not come to the job. He did not even listen to my cleanliness. My grandmother told me that the girl whom I was talking about, he has refused to pursue the matter.

On the arrest, Akash said, I have already been having 2 cases on me, it does not mean that I should be considered suspicious in any case. I have decided that I will stand outside Saif Ali Khan’s building and ask for a job. I lost everything from what happened to him.

In the conversation, Akash also said that after that Shariful was arrested, otherwise the police would produce him as the main accused.

Let us tell you that Saif Ali Khan was attacked late on January 16, after which he was admitted to Lilavati Hospital. 3 people were arrested in this case. The first arrest was made on 17 January by a man named Shahid, although he was released. The second arrest took place on 18 January from the fort of Akash Kanaujia, he was also released. At the same time, the third arrest took place on January 19 of Shariful Islam, which is in police custody.
