The first match of the tri-series will be played today between India-A and Sri Lanka-A. The match will start at 10:00 am at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Sri Lanka. The third team of this ODI tri series is Afghanistan-A.
15 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi will take the field for the first time after IPL. India-A will be captained by Tilak Verma. Rituraj Gaikwad has been made the vice-captain of the team.
Suryavanshi scored the most runs in this IPL
Suryavanshi scored the highest score of 776 runs in IPL 2026 and won the Orange Cap. Vaibhav also won the awards of Most Valuable Player, Emerging Player of the Year, Super Striker and the award for hitting most sixes. This season he scored a century in 36 balls, while being out between 90 and 100 thrice.
Sri Lanka A ahead in last five matches
