Suvendu Adhikari will take oath as the CM of West Bengal today at 11 pm. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at the Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata. Many big leaders of NDA including PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah will participate in the ceremony.
Suvendu was elected leader in the legislature party meeting held at the Convention Center in Kolkata on Friday. After the meeting Amit Shah announced his name. After this Suvendu met the Governor at Lok Bhavan and staked claim to form the government.
The ground in Kolkata where the oath ceremony will be held. Waterproof tents will be installed in it, apart from this, Jhalmuri and Rasgulla stall will also be set up in the ground. The pandal will be decorated in the theme of Bengal. One lakh people are expected to attend the programme. 4 thousand soldiers will be deployed for security.

Lunch of Aloo Dum, Black Dal, Pulao, Mix Veg, Masala Kulcha, Pickles and Salad has been arranged for the VIP guests. Apart from this, Bengali dish Baingan Bhaja Saag and Aloo Poshto will also be served. Gulab-jamun will be given as sweets.
