-Boiled potatoes – 2
-Cauliflower – 1 cup
-Green peas – 1/2 cup
-Capsicum – 1/2 cup
-Tomato – 2

-Green chilli – 1
-Pav bhaji masala – 2 tsp
-Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
-Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
-Salt – as per taste
-Butter – 2-3 spoons
-Lemon – 1
-Green coriander – a little

Easy recipe for instant pav bhaji
-First of all, add potatoes, cauliflower and peas to the cooker with light salt and boil for 2-3 whistles. After this, take a pan and heat butter in it. When the butter melts, add finely chopped onion and fry until it turns light pink.

-Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli and cook for 1-2 minutes. After this add chopped tomatoes and let them soften well.

-When tomatoes melt, add turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Now mash the boiled vegetables and add them to it and mix well.

-Now add some water and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Keep mashing occasionally so that the bhaji becomes smooth. When light butter starts appearing on top, turn off the gas and add lemon juice and green coriander on top.
