On September 12, the High Court had directed Priya to share information about all movable and immovable properties till June 12, on the day of Sanjay’s death.

During the hearing, Priya said that she was not hesitating to share the property information to Karishma’s children, but she put a condition to sign the NDA.

Priya said that property information is very private and showing can cause damage. He said, “Everything is leaking in the media. It is shameful to hold a press conference outside the court. Why should the public get information like bank details?”

Lawyer said- money was withdrawn from bank account

At the same time, the lawyer appearing on behalf of Karishma’s children said that all the money has been withdrawn from the bank account recorded in Sanjay’s alleged will. The children opposed Priya’s NDA demand. He said that signing the NDA would make it difficult to raise questions related to the will.

Justice Singh directed Priya to submit to the will. He said, “If everything remains in the seal envelope then how will you file a written answer and how will you fight the case. Tomorrow you submit a written statement and attach the will.

Priya was asking for more time. The High Court held the next hearing of the case for Friday.

Priya accused of hiding a will for seven weeks

Priya Kapoor accused of hiding a will for seven weeks

The children claimed that Priya Kapoor, along with two colleagues, Dinesh Aggarwal and Nitin Sharma, hid the will for seven weeks and introduced it at the family meeting on 30 July 2025.

The petition stated that this will is fake and made. It was claimed that the real documents or any copy of the will have been shown to them.

All the properties of Sanjay Kapoor were demanded to freeze

The children had urged the court to declare Class I Legal Heer i.e. a legal heir and each found one-fifth part in the father’s property.

Priya Sachdev Kapoor, the first and second defectist Sanjay’s third wife is Sanjay’s third wife and his younger son. Both of them live in the family farmhouse in the Rajokari. At the same time, the third defectist is Sanjay’s mother, who lives in the same farmhouse.

The fourth defendant is Shraddha Suri Marwah, who has described himself as an executive of the disputed will.

Also made many serious allegations. This letter was written a few hours before the annual general meeting of the gold comstar company.

Rani Kapoor wrote in her letter-

I am the wife of Dr. Rani Kapoor, former president of the company and the late Dr. Surinder Kapoor, founder of Sona Group and Founder of Sona Group. According to the will created by my late husband on 30.06.2015, I am the only beneficiary of his property and also the majority shareholder of the gold group including the company. As you know, on 12.06.2025, my son Mr. Sanjay Kapoor passed away in a sad and vague conditions in the United Kingdom. Despite receiving the information, I have not been able to find any relevant answers and documents about the incident.

Please note that during this period of mourning, I was contacted several times and forced to sign various documents without giving any clarification or without giving them time to understand. Please also note that I have been completely denied access to my bank accounts and I have been left to the mercy of a few people to live. All this happened in less than a month after the death of my only son.
