The victim has said in her complaint that she came in contact with Sachin Sanghvi in ​​February 2024. He had sent her a message on Instagram. The two started talking and then Sachin called her to his studio, where he proposed marriage to her and sexually harassed her on several occasions.

However, the music composer’s lawyer Aditya Mithe has denied these allegations. According to the news of Hindustan Times, while talking to the media, Mithe said – The allegations made in the FIR against my client are completely baseless. There is no merit in this matter. The detention of my client by the police was illegal and hence he was immediately released on bail.

At the same time, Sachin has not yet given any statement on this matter. His official Instagram account is deactivated. Her music composer partner Jigar has also not issued any statement on this matter.
