Sheikh Hasina’s son Joy Wajed said that his mother will return to Bangladesh. He said that she will go to her country when the new caretaker government announces elections. According to the Times of India report, it is not clear from his statement whether Hasina will contest the elections again or not.

Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Hasina left the country after resigning on August 5 after violence broke out in the country. Joy said that even after these incidents, we cannot abandon our people and party. Earlier, Joy had said in an interview that her mother Sheikh Hasina would not return to Bangladesh now.

Regarding this statement, he said- Yes, it is true that I said this, but after the attacks on our leaders and party workers across the country, a lot has changed now. Now we will do everything possible to protect our people. We will not leave them alone.

Hasina’s son will enter politics, had denied it earlier
The former prime minister’s son Joy said he is ready to enter politics. Joy had earlier said he had no intention of joining politics.

Joy said- This was my mother’s last term. She would not have contested the next election. I also had no intention of joining politics. I had settled in America, but whatever happened in the recent past shows that there is a vacuum in the leadership of the country. For the sake of the party, I will have to enter politics. For this, I will stand at the forefront.

Joy said that I am sure that if Awami League takes part in the elections, we can win. Awami League is the biggest and oldest party in Bangladesh. We have the biggest party cadre.

Sheikh Hasina will stay in India, thanks Modi
Joy claimed that Sheikh Hasina has no intention of taking refuge in any country. He said- My mother is in India. Now she will not go anywhere. As soon as the interim government gives the green signal for new elections, my mother will go to Bangladesh. I am grateful to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for saving my mother’s life in such a short time.

Pakistan-ISI’s hand in Bangladesh violence revealed
Joy accused Pakistan of instigating unrest in Bangladesh. He said there is evidence that shows Pakistan’s ISI is involved in this chaos. It was completely planned.

After several days of political turmoil, an interim government was formed in Bangladesh on Thursday night. Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus took oath as the head of the interim government. India’s Foreign Ministry said that Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Pranay Verma was also present at the swearing-in ceremony.
