Till last year, she lived in Delhi, where she got her son admitted in Delhi Vidyapeeth School. When Rehaan left studies, she came to her maternal home in Devdu village.
- Went to Gurugram after work in milk factory: According to Shamshida, after leaving school, Rehan started working in a milk factory located in Murthal. There he met a young man from Bihar. The young man had told him about getting more money in Gurugram. After this, Rehan went to Gurugram after telling the family that he would do welding work. Who was that young man from Bihar? This information was not available to the mother.
- Case registered on photo with weapons: Shamsheeda told that in August 2026, some of Rehan’s friends were getting photographs taken with weapons. Rehaan also got his photo clicked with him. Some youth had uploaded these photos on Instagram. After this, on August 19, 2026, an FIR was registered against Rehan in Baroda police station in the case of recovery of illegal weapons. The police arrested him the same day and presented him in court. He had to go to jail in this case. He remained in jail for 14 days.
- Bail was granted by paying 3000 thousand rupees: According to Shamsheeda, Rehan’s bail was ordered from the court of Judge Shubham in Gohana on 3 September and he came out of jail on 5 September. During the bail process, he had received a call from Aman, a resident of Gohana. He told that illegal weapons have been found from Rehan and he will have to get bail. After this he got Rs 3,000 transferred to Aman through some other shop.
- Greed to earn two lakhs, went missing: Shamsheeda told that after coming out of jail, Rehan stayed at home for a few days. Meanwhile, a call came from an unknown person and then he suddenly disappeared. After this the family could not contact him. The mother alleges that this same person had lured Rehan by giving her Rs 2 lakh in exchange for working for him. However, the mother could not tell when Rehan met that person and what kind of work he was asked to do.
- Mother said- Son was trapped by misleading: Shamsheeda told that she had no prior knowledge about the Mumbai incident and she did not know how Rehan reached there. Expressed apprehension that someone might have drugged Rehan and taken him away and also snatched the phone. Then this firing would have been done by threatening them. An attempt was made to trap him earlier also. A gun was kept in his bag. Was picked up by CID, but later released.
Rehan lived in this house in Idgah Colony of Sonipat. However, later he started living with his mother in Devdu village.
The father also told about Gohana being in touch with Aman.
At the same time, Raisuddin Ansari, father of accused Rehan of Baroda village, informed about his being in touch with Aman, a resident of Gohana. This Aman had called Rehan’s mother Shamsheeda and asked her to get bail, saying that he was arrested for illegal weapons. According to the father, after a dispute at home with his sister over kheer, the father had beaten Rehan. After this he left home and started living with Aman in Gohana.
According to the father, many cases related to illegal weapons are also registered against Aman. However, what kind of contact there was between Rehan and Aman and whether it has any connection with the Mumbai incident or not, is not clear. Police are investigating this aspect.
Anil Pandit, the second shooter and taker of responsibility, is also from Haryana.
The attackers who fired at actor Tiger Shroff’s car in Mumbai were sent by Anil Pandit of Lawrence Gang. Anil Pandit is a resident of Reraklan village of Panipat, Haryana. His father Krishna Lal is a priest and mother Pravesh is a housewife. Anil is the eldest among three siblings. His middle sister is married, while his younger brother is Abhishek.
According to the family, after selling the land, the father sent Anil to Dubai for a job in the year 2022, from where he reached America through the ‘Dinky Route’ in 2024. Before leaving India, there was not a single case registered against him in the country, but after reaching America, he joined the Lawrence Gang and came in contact with gangster Harry Boxer.
Recently, he had also taken responsibility for the firing on the car of Haryanvi singer Diler Kharkiya. After this, 10 cases are said to be registered against Anil in Panipat also. Villagers say that due to his son’s criminal record, his father has been in jail for the last one year.
On the other hand, the second accused of firing is a minor and is a resident of Sonipat, Haryana. His father told that a month ago the accused had a fight with his sister, after which he beat her up. Angered by this, he left home a month ago and went to live with a young man named Aman, resident of Gohana.
Earlier, his name had come up in the case of bike theft in Punjab. At that time the family had clarified to the police that the son had bought the bike by taking money from home and his grandfather’s pension, but later the car was found to be stolen.
Rehan and the minor accused had reached Mumbai from Sonipat 10 days ago.

Police suspect that Hrithik was in contact with another person. Another information came to light that one and a half month ago, Rehan, along with his minor friend, had opened fire on a businessman in Amritsar to scare him.
Anil Pandit was informed after the firing. It was on his instructions that the three accused fled from Mumbai to Surat. Came to Kota from Surat by Pune-Jaipur train. From here he had a plan to come to Jaipur and escape to Nepal. Even before this the police were caught.
