Shilpa Shetty and her restaurant Bastion are once again in the headlines. Police have registered an FIR against the actress’s Bastion restaurant in Bengaluru. This FIR has been filed due to violation of rules.
Police have registered a case against the restaurant manager and staff at Cubbon Park police station. This case has been registered after suo motu cognizance under Section 103 of the Karnataka Police Act.
According to media reports, Bastion was open beyond the scheduled time on December 11 i.e. till 1:30 am.

Bastian’s main branch is in Mumbai. Apart from this, this restaurant is also in Pune, Goa, Bangalore.
Apart from Bastian, a case has also been registered against Sour Berry Pub. Statements of eight people have been recorded so far in the entire case.
Let us tell you that on December 11, a video of Bengaluru Bastion had gone viral on social media. In this viral video, former Bigg Boss contestant and businessman Satya Naidu was seen.
While paying the bill, he got into an argument with the pub staff. Then that argument turned into a fight. However, the pub staff again intervened and calmed down the matter.
When the controversy escalated, Satya had clarified that he had gone to a pub for dinner with friends. There was some problem while paying the bill but there was no fight of any kind during this period. It is being said that the police has taken action only after this viral video.

In a recent interview, socialite Shobha De had claimed that Mumbai Bastion’s daily earnings are Rs 2-3 crore.
Let us tell you that in the year 2019, Shilpa had partnered with restaurateur Ranjit Bindra, founder of Bastion brand.
She now co-owns several restaurants across India and holds a 50 percent stake in the brand. Shilpa herself admitted in an interview that she is one of the biggest restaurant owners in India.
