शाम को BJP में शामिल, रात में पलट गए ब्रजवासी: सजा के 33 दिन बाद भी राजू विधायक, बिहार में ‘BJP राज’ के 4 बड़े संकेत – Bihar News

Banshidhar Brajwasi, who won the independent MLC election, and Rahul Raj joined the BJP on October 31. As soon as this news came out, people cited rules and regulations and demanded cancellation of his membership. Soon after this the Brajvasi immediately turned back. Instead of joining the party, he only talked about supporting it. After this the question has started arising whether there is rule of law in Bihar or rule by law/BJP? What is the whole matter, why is it being said that there is no rule of law in Bihar, there is rule by BJP; You will understand without understanding today’s explainer…. First of all, understand the whole matter of Brajwasi and Rahul Raj… Banshidhar Brajwasi has defeated JDU candidate Abhishek Jha from Tirhut graduate seat and Rahul Raj has defeated JDU candidate Anand Pushkar from Saran teacher seat. Both independent MLCs have been elected. Both of them reached the BJP office in Patna on the evening of 31 October, 3 days after the results of MLC elections were declared on 27-28 October. There he took membership of BJP in the presence of Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Bihar BJP in-charge Harish Dwivedi and Bihar BJP President Sanjay Saravgi. Its photo and video surfaced. In one photo, both Rahul Raj and Brajwasi were seen showing BJP membership slips. While talking to journalists on the evening of 31 October, Brajwasi clearly said, ‘Yes, of course we have taken membership of BJP. We have taken this decision in the interest of teachers. We have taken membership after Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary’s assurance on the issues. We couldn’t do anything by staying alone. As the dispute escalated, the Brajvasi turned back late on the night of 31 October. He said, ‘We have not taken membership of BJP. We have announced our support to NDA. The government has supported our demands. At the same time, Dr. Rahul Raj has not given any statement yet. There is no ‘rule of law’ in Bihar, 4 signs of rule by BJP… 1. Inclusion of two independent MLCs in BJP: Despite the clear mention in the Constitution, BJP allegedly included independent MLC in the party. Whereas, Paragraph 2(2) of the Anti-Defection Law in the 10th Schedule of the Constitution clearly mentions the issue of independent members… Legal experts clearly believe that if the Chairman of the Legislative Council handles the matter impartially, then the membership of Banshidhar Brajwasi and Rahul Raj is certain to be lost. However, given the political circumstances, this is less likely. Opposition accused of violation of Constitution, BJP said – membership will not go, go wherever you want. 2. Membership of BJP MLA Raju Singh has not been canceled even after a month. Membership of BJP MLA from Sahebganj Raju Singh has not been canceled even after almost a month of the court’s sentence. The opposition is continuously raising questions on this matter also. Know the whole matter… That means he can be disqualified from membership of the Assembly. Today, it has been 33 days since the Delhi High Court’s decision, but Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar has not taken any decision. Raju Singh is still an MLA. Whereas, two things are clearly stated in Section 8(3) of the Representation of the People Act-1951… 3. Deepak Prakash became a minister without being a member of the House, court’s rebuke On 7 May 2026, Deepak Prakash, son of RLM chief Upendra Kushwaha, became a minister again in the Samrat cabinet. Before this, he had also been a minister in the Nitish government from 20 November 2025 to 15 April 2026. Deepak Prakash had become minister both times without becoming a member of any House, Assembly or Legislative Council. After Deepak Prakash becoming a minister again, Rakesh Kumar Singh of Patna filed a petition in the Supreme Court calling it illegal under Article 164 (4) of the Constitution. However, the matter is still being heard in the Supreme Court. The petition is not over. 4. Those who defeated JDU return to the party within 3 days. Banshidhar Brajwasi and Rahul Raj, who allegedly joined BJP, have become Legislative Councilors after defeating JDU candidates. The return of both of them came at a time when JDU candidates are seriously accusing the alliance party of not cooperating. Abhishek Jha, a JDU candidate from Tirhut graduate, is targeting the allies by calling himself Abhimanyu trapped in Chakravyu. JDU MP from Sitamarhi Devesh Chandra Thakur said, ‘The hearts of the alliance partners were not pure. Their target was not Abhishek Jha, but me. He was jealous of how Devesh Chandra Thakur was becoming a big leader. JDU candidate Anand Pushkar, who lost from Saran teacher seat, targeted BJP MPs Radha Mohan Singh and Rajiv Pratap Rudy. He wrote on Facebook, ‘Today, after the election results of Saran Teacher Constituency and the entire election incident, many serious questions have been raised regarding the role of some leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party and their adherence to coalition dharma. The things which were till now behind the scenes are slowly coming in front of everyone today.
