TVK Chief and actor Vijay met Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar on Friday and staked claim to form the government for the third consecutive time, but he had the support letter of only 116 MLAs. Actually, Vijay had handed over the letter of support of 116 MLAs of TVK, Congress, CPI, CPI(M) to the Governor. IUML and VCK have not yet given the letter of support. Both have 2-2 MLAs.
