On Tuesday, all flights were stopped for some time due to a bomb threat at Ronald Reagan Airport in the US capital Washington. This threat was received by a United Airlines flight coming from Houston to Washington.
The plane was taken to a secure part of the airport, the passengers were evacuated and taken to the terminal by bus. The FBI has started an investigation. The incident caused other flights to be delayed by an average of 50 minutes, while some by up to two hours. After completion of the investigation, flight operations were resumed at the airport.
