In Britain, a 36-year-old man created a fake dating profile in the name of his ex-girlfriend. After this he sent people to her house, due to which the life of the woman and her family was in danger. The accused has been identified as Asad Hussain, who has been convicted by the court.
The accused created several fake accounts on the dating app Tinder and sent messages pretending to be a woman. In these messages, men were instigated to come to the woman’s house. According to the police, at least 18 people reached the woman’s house at different times.
Investigation revealed that the accused started this conspiracy immediately after the breakup in July 2024. It was told in the court that 4 people had reached home in the same night. In one case, a man tried to break the door, while in another incident, in the absence of the woman, a man entered the house where her minor daughter was alone.
Police officials say that the motive of the accused was to cause maximum harm to the woman and her children. At present the accused will be sentenced in June.

Spain gives entry to cruise ship affected by Hantavirus, 3 people have died so far

Spain has given permission to the cruise ship MV Hondias, which is battling Hantavirus (rat virus), to land in the Canary Islands. This decision has been taken on humanitarian grounds, so that the passengers and crew members present on the ship can get immediate treatment.
So far, three people have died in this infection which started in the beginning of April, while the condition of a British citizen remains critical and he is undergoing treatment in South Africa. Two crew members of the ship also need immediate medical attention.
The ship was initially heading towards West Africa, but was not allowed to land there. After this Spain came forward and took the responsibility. This step was taken at the request of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Union (EU).
According to the Spanish Health Ministry, all passengers and staff will undergo medical examination upon arrival of the ship. The infected people will be treated and the rest will be sent back safely to their countries.
Also, WHO is investigating the matter to find out whether the infection spread through close contact. If proven so, it would be considered a new and serious sign in Hantavirus cases.
