At the same time, BJP is running ‘Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy’ campaign across the country. In this series, BJP President Nitin Naveen held a rally in Kolkata.

November 1: Rally against SIR at Ramlila Maidan, Delhi
Many opposition parties participated in the rally against SIR at Ramlila Maidan. Rahul Gandhi said, ‘Gyanesh Kumar cannot sleep at night. He is scared, he has committed the biggest crime. An attempt has been made to silence the voice of the country, it has strangulated it.
He said, ‘Neither Modi, nor Shah, they too are unable to sleep. We are not hostile people. We don’t want to spread hatred, we want to spread love. This protest is not of any one party, one leader. This is the protest of the country. It is the voice of the country, it is the voice of saving the Constitution.
October 31: Opposition Parliament at Kharge’s residence lasted for 3.23 hours
Rahul Gandhi said that names of 13.3 crore i.e. 15 percent voters were removed through SIR. Many of them had voted in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The margin of victory in that election was only 3 percent votes.
Rahul was addressing the mock parliament being held at Mallikarjun Kharge’s residence in Delhi on Saturday. This Parliament lasted 3 hours 23 minutes. Former speaker Meira Kumar presided.
