SMS administration has formed a team of 4 doctors for Rahul’s treatment. In this, Senior Professor Dr. Dinesh Khandelwal of Neurology Department, Dr. Nihar Sharma from Anesthesia Department, GL Dhayal of General Medicine Department, HOD of Emergency Medicine Dr. Satish Meena along with Additional Superintendent Narendra Singh Chauhan have been included.
Rajasthan Association of North America (RANA) helped in bringing Rahul to India. Rana President Prem Bhandari said that he spoke to Rahul’s family. After that he contacted the Indian Embassy and tried to shift Rahul. Rahul, a resident of Nayabas village, Jaipur, was doing MBBS from Astana (Kazakhstan) since the year 2021. On October 8 this month, Rahul suffered brain hemorrhage. Since then he was on ventilator support in a hospital in Kazakhstan.
Rahul’s parents had sought support on social media to save his life and treat him. There was a request to bring Rahul to India by air lifting him. For the past several days, Rahul’s family and many social organizations were trying to bring him to India. Prem Bhandari said that the efforts with the help of Ministry of External Affairs, Indian Community Welfare Fund, Rana and public cooperation were successful.
