9 people died in a road accident in Lakhimpur Kheri at 7.30 am on Monday. Here a speeding truck hit the Magic vehicle coming from the front. All those who died were in magic. There were a total of 10 passengers including 2 women. The collision was so severe that the Magic got dragged and stopped 10 feet away. The heads of the people sitting in it exploded. Started relief work. Police reached the spot and took one injured person to the nearest hospital. Eyewitnesses told that the Magic vehicle was going from Lakhimpur towards Sisaiya. A truck coming from Bahraich hit it from the front. The truck was at high speed. Suddenly became uncontrollable. After the accident the truck driver fled from the spot. The police have taken the bodies into their custody and sent them for postmortem. The accident took place near Adlispur village on Pilibhit-Basti highway, 40 km from the district headquarters. Police took possession of the truck, the injured were referred to District Hospital, Khamaria CO Shamsher Bahadur Singh said – Police has taken possession of the truck. The driver is being searched. Meanwhile, CHC Khamaria Superintendent Dr. Amit Kumar Singh said that 10 people were brought here after the accident. Of these, 9 had died. The bodies of many people were badly crushed.
