1. Bulldozer Action: Supreme Court said – Officers cannot become judges, 15 days notice before demolishing property, videography is necessary
Supreme Court issued 15 guidelines for the entire country on bulldozer action. The court said that if the decision to demolish the house has been taken, then 15 days’ time should be given. Videography of the house demolition action is necessary. If any officer violates the guidelines, he will get the property rebuilt at his own expense and will also pay compensation. Supreme Court said-

2. If misleading advertisement is given, coaching centers will have to pay fine, Center issued new guidelines. The Central Government has issued guidelines regarding advertisements of coaching institutes. Under this, coaching centers will not be able to promise 100% selection and job. Coaching centers will be fined for giving misleading and deceptive advertisements. These guidelines have been issued by the Central Consumer Protection Authority i.e. CCPA. CCPA has so far imposed a fine of Rs 54 lakh 60 on 18 coaching centers after receiving complaints.

3. Voting on 43 seats in Jharkhand in the first phase; Independent candidate slaps SDM in Rajasthan by-election

In the first phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections, 64.86% voting took place on 43 seats. These figures are till 5 pm. For the first time after independence, a polling booth was built in Arhanga, Ranchi. Along with Jharkhand, voting ended in 31 assembly constituencies of 10 states and Wayanad Lok Sabha seat of Kerala. In Deoli-Uniara seat of Rajasthan, Congress rebel and independent candidate Naresh Meena slapped SDM Amit Chaudhary. Meena Samravata was trying to enter the polling station forcibly.
Elections in two phases in Jharkhand: In the second phase in Jharkhand, voting will be held for 38 seats on November 20. The results will come on 23 November. Out of 43 seats in the first phase, 14 seats are in Kolhan, 13 seats are in South Chotanagpur, 9 seats are in Palamu and 7 seats are in North Chotanagpur division. Read the full news here…
4. Nitish Kumar touched PM Modi’s feet, saluted him after the speech, took him to the PM chair.

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar touched the feet of Prime Minister Modi for the second time in 5 months. Modi had reached the foundation stone laying ceremony of Darbhanga AIIMS. Nitish completed his speech and then touched the PM’s feet and saluted before sitting on the chair. After this, Modi took Nitish to his chair. Earlier on June 7, Nitish had also touched Modi’s feet in the NDA meeting in Delhi.
PM started projects worth Rs 12 thousand crores: PM Modi laid the foundation stone of Darbhanga AIIMS to be built at a cost of ₹1261 crore. This 750-bed AIIMS will be the second AIIMS in the state. This is a new department, which will advise the government to cut wasteful expenditure and eliminate unnecessary rules. Trump has made Fox News host Pete Hegseth the Defense Minister in his cabinet. Christie Neom will take charge of Homeland Security.

7. The wealth of Indian families increased by ₹ 717 lakh crore in 10 years, 11% of this income came from the stock market.
