Recently, when she visited Delhi with her husband Parmeet Sethi and two sons, she tried to know the answer to this question.

Actually, this Delhi trip of Archana Puran Singh was a part of her YouTube vlog. During this trip, he and his family decided to try the famous local dishes of Delhi, especially Chole-Bhatura. Their first stop was Kamla Nagar, which is famous for street food. Here he tasted Chole-Bhatura and enjoyed fresh buttermilk. After this he reached a famous restaurant in Paharganj, which has been running since 1950. The owner there told that this shop was started by his grandfather.

Archana met Ambani’s cook in the restaurant

It was here that Archana and her family met a cook who had not only cooked for Bollywood stars Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan, but had also worked for the Ambani family. He told that due to his hobby of cooking Chole-Bhatura, he has traveled to Sri Lanka, Bahrain, Dubai, Spain and France. Archana was surprised to hear this and said smilingly, “He has gone to such a place where even I have not been.”

During our conversation, when the cook told that he had stayed in the Ambani family’s house in Antilia for a month and used to cook food there, Archana’s curiosity increased further. He immediately asked, “Brother, how is Antilia from inside?” Cook replied, “Good.”

Let us tell you that according to media reports, the price of Mukesh Ambani’s Antilia is around Rs 15,000 crore. It has 27 floors, three helipads, parking for 168 cars, a temple, spa, gym, theatre, ice cream parlor and even a snow room. It is said that this building has been designed to withstand earthquakes of up to 8.0 magnitude.
