The plane is said to be from Amazon, but its official confirmation has not been made yet. The FAA said in a statement to CNN that the Boeing 767-300 cargo plane took off from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In recorded audio from air traffic control, a ground vehicle was heard informing the tower, “The aircraft appears to have overshot runway 30.” This audio was captured by ATC.com.
