Zarine Khan, wife of Sanjay Khan and mother of Sussanne-Zayed Khan, passed away on 7 November. 81 year old Zareen Khan was ill for a long time. His last rites took place on Friday itself. Zareen was a Hindu before marriage, which is why her last rites were performed as per Hindu customs. After the demise of her mother, Sussanne Khan has now shared an emotional post for her.
While sharing a video of the moments spent with mother Zarine Khan, Sussanne Khan has written, ‘My dearest friend, my God, my life, our beautiful mother, you will always be the light to guide us, you taught us that life should be lived in our own way by becoming an example of dignity and love, if only we could all be half as bright and amazing as you, then our life would be filled with happiness.’
Sussanne further wrote, ‘We love you, more than love, more than life and from now until the time we meet again, laugh and dance together, you will teach the angels in heaven to love, they are so lucky to have you. You took all our hearts with you.

Zareen was married to Sanjay in 1966
Let us tell you that Zareen and Sanjay were married in the year 1966. Both of them met at a bus stop. From there their friendship turned into love and then both of them got married.
She has four children with her husband Sanjay Khan, Sussanne Khan, Simone Arora, Farah Ali Khan and Zayed Khan.
Zarine’s elder daughter Farah Ali is married to DJ Aqeel. The second daughter Simone Arora is married to businessman Ajay Arora. His younger daughter Sussanne was married to actor Hrithik Roshan. Later both of them got divorced. Whereas son Zayed is married to Malaika Parekh.
About 11 months ago, Zareen was seen in her daughter Farah’s vlog, where she fed Farah Irani Mutton Kofta and also gave her a tour of her house.

It is noteworthy that Zarine’s husband Sanjay Khan is a well-known actor, producer and director of Hindi films and TV. He made his debut in the year 1964 with the Rajshri film Dosti, which received the National Film Award that year.
After this he was seen in films like Haqeeqat, Dus Lakh, Ek Phool Do Mali, Intekaam and Dhund. He also worked with his brother Firoz Khan in films like Upasana, Mela and Naagin.
Later Sanjay Khan produced and directed films like Chandi Sona and Abdullah. He was also the director of the famous TV series The Sword of Tipu Sultan.
