Police has revealed the case of the dead body of a civil engineer found in a blue drum in Palghar, Maharashtra. 24 year old Arbaaz Khan was murdered for demanding loan money.
A female nurse and her brother have been arrested in this case. This incident took place on April 5, when a decomposed body was found stuffed in a drum in the drain of Virar Fata area.
The deceased was a resident of Thane and worked in a private company in Dombivali.
what was the whole matter
According to the police, Arbaaz had a relationship with a nurse named Mehjabeen Shaikh. He had lent him some money. For some time now he was demanding the money back, there was a dispute going on regarding this matter.
On April 3, Arbaaz had left home saying he was going to Mumbai for work, but did not return. After this the family informed the police. Police started searching for him and traced the call details and mobile location.
During investigation, his body was found from the drain of Virar Phata area on April 5. The body was thrown in a blue drum. The family identified him as Arbaaz.
Meanwhile, during investigation, the police found the number of Mehjabeen Shaikh. He was taken into custody and interrogated. During interrogation he revealed the conspiracy of murder.
Murdered along with husband and brother
Mehjabeen told that she along with her husband, brother and another person called Arbaaz to a deserted area of Vasai on the pretext of giving him money. There, his hands and legs were tied and he was beaten to death with a PVC pipe.
After this the body was filled in a blue drum and thrown into the drain. Police have arrested Mehjabeen and her brother Tarikh Shaikh. At the same time, the woman’s husband and another accused are still absconding. They are being searched.
