Australia’s youngest shooter Samantha Sangwan reached India to learn the nuances of shooting. He will turn 13 in March. Mother Sunaina Dalal is a teacher. Praveen Sangwan studied at Kurukshetra University while Sunaina studied at MDU Rohtak. They shifted to Australia about 9 years ago, when Samantha was 3 years old. In an interview, Manu Bhakar had told that she tries to divert her attention from something by listening to songs. She keeps herself away from all thoughts. Apart from this, she concentrates her mind on other things by doing meditation, dancing, writing diary and reading novels. So that we can concentrate more. Manu told that mental fatigue occurs during long tournaments and training sessions. To deal with this, she emphasizes on listening to songs, reading books, talking to friends and taking short breaks to relax the mind.
