Communist Party of India (Marxist) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury was admitted to Delhi AIIMS on Monday (August 19). He is suffering from pneumonia. He has been admitted to the emergency department due to high fever.
A CPM source said that Yechury had gone to AIIMS for a check-up. He has been admitted due to pneumonia. There is nothing serious. His condition is stable. Yechury had recently undergone cataract surgery.
