Civil flight operations were stopped from the old airport of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. All flights started from the new Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport from Monday. Due to the closure of the airport, about 150 housekeeping employees are facing employment crisis. Employees say that they were neither given new jobs nor received financial help.
