भास्कर अपडेट्स: लद्दाख में स्थायी हाईकोर्ट बेंच का उद्घाटन आज, CJI सूर्यकांत चीफ गेस्ट होंगे; याचिका लगाने जम्मू-श्रीनगर नहीं जाना पड़ेगा

The first permanent High Court bench in Ladakh will be inaugurated by Chief Justice Surya Kant on Sunday. This will be the bench of Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh High Court. With this, people will not have to go to Jammu-Srinagar to file writ petition and get judicial relief.

Chief Secretary Ashish Kundra said that the Center made arrangements for this in just two months. Four other judges of the Supreme Court, all the judges of the High Court, Attorney General and Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena will attend the ceremony.
