Former NCP councilor Vanraj Andekar was shot dead in Pune, Maharashtra on Sunday.
According to media reports, five bullets were fired at the former councillor. After the firing, Vanraj Andekar was admitted to the hospital in a critical condition, where he died.
Police say Vanraj Andekar was shot due to a domestic dispute.

Senior journalist Umesh Upadhyay (64) died on Sunday (September 1) after falling from the fourth floor in Vasant Kunj area of Delhi. According to the information, Umesh Upadhyay fell from the fourth floor to the second floor during the construction work going on at his house.
He was seriously injured in this. He was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Upadhyay worked in television, print, radio and digital media for more than four decades. PM Modi condoled his demise by posting on social media platform X.
