Pakistan has helped the crew of an Indian ship stranded in the Arabian Sea. According to media reports, Pakistan Navy in collaboration with Pakistani Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) carried out this relief operation.
According to the report, there were six Indian and one Indonesian nationals on board the ship. This operation was started after Mumbai-based Maritime Rescue and Coordination Center sought help from Pakistan.
It was told that this ship named ‘MV Gautam’ was coming to India from Oman, when it developed a technical fault and got stuck in the sea. The crew then contacted for assistance.
The stranded crew was provided food, medical aid and technical assistance by Pakistan. Earlier last month also, Pakistan Navy had safely rescued 18 people, including foreign nationals, from a merchant ship in the Arabian Sea.

A six-year-old child died of electrocution in Thane, Maharashtra. The incident took place in Indira Nagar area of Wagle Estate on Monday night, where the child came in contact with open electrical wires while playing near the house.
According to officials, the child came in contact with a bunch of open wires near the chawl, due to which he got a severe shock and died on the spot. Anger spread in the area after the incident.
A large number of people gathered outside the Srinagar Police Station at midnight and staged a protest. People blamed the negligence of the electricity department for the death of the child. Local people say that they had given written complaints to the authorities many times in the past about the problem of open wires, but no action was taken.
