A fire broke out in a plastic factory in Umargam in Valsad district of Gujarat on Saturday night. On receiving the information, several fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. STF recovered 5 pistols in Kolkata, accused suspected to be linked to terrorists

STF has seized 5 country-made and automatic pistols from a person in Rajabar, Kolkata on Saturday evening. Police said that a person named Mohammad Ismail has been detained. 90 rounds of bullets have been seized from him.

Police said that after receiving information on Saturday evening, a raid was conducted at 31/A Baithakkhana Road near Surendranath College. Initially the authorities suspected that he was involved in the arms trade. However, investigation is also being done regarding his relation with terrorists.
