Let us know what you have to do every day in the next 7 days:
Day 1: Write Down Your Intentions
The most important thing you have to do on the first day of this journey is to clarify your vision. Pick up a diary and a pen and write with all your heart what kind of life you want to live. How do you want to see yourself? What are those big dreams in your heart that you have suppressed somewhere? Without thinking ‘how will this be true’, just start writing. You can start with these lines: “The biggest vision of my life is to…” “In the next 7 days, I promise myself to…” Remember, unless you write down your intentions, the path to achieving them will not be clear. Therefore do not skip this step at all.
Write down your negative thoughts and then turn them into positive affirmations.
Day 2: Identify your negative beliefs and habits (Address Core Negative Beliefs)
Many of us want to change our lives but are unable to. Why? Because our deeply rooted negative beliefs and habits hold us back. Whenever we try something new, a voice comes from within us “I can’t do it”, “I’m just unlucky”, or “I can never change”. Next day you have to face these same weaknesses. Write down your negative thoughts and then turn them into positive affirmations. For example, if you think, “My life will always be like this,” change it to, “My life is changing and I have the courage to create a beautiful future.”
Day 3: Declutter and Organize your space
Do you know that the environment around you directly affects your brain? If your room or workspace is cluttered, your mind will also be cluttered. The task for the third day is to throw out unnecessary things and organize your house. Create a ‘sacred space’ for yourself in the house where you can sit and read, write and work on yourself. It could be your balcony with some plants, or a neat corner of the room. When your space is clean and beautiful, your mood and energy levels will always be high.
Day 4: Get Yourself Moving
From the fourth day onwards you have to include a little physical movement in your morning routine. Not much, just 10 to 15 minutes of light exercise or stretching. You can try Mady Morrison’s 10-minute morning stretch video on YouTube. When you combine a little workout with journaling in the morning, happy hormones are released in your body. Which keeps you energetic throughout the day.
Day 5: Go Without Complaining Challenge
This day may be a bit difficult. We humans have a habit of complaining on every small and big thing, weather is bad, there is a lot of traffic, people are not nice etc. Day 5’s challenge is: You have to not complain about anything for the next 24 hours. You will forget at first, but as soon as you remember that you are complaining, stop there. This awareness is your progress. Gradually this habit will make your entire personality calm and positive.
Day Six: Let Go of the Need to Control
We often want to control the behavior of others, circumstances and the future, and when things don’t go our way, we become surrounded by anxiety and stress. On the sixth day, wake up in the morning and say to yourself – “Today I give up my desire to control everything.” Accept the other person and the circumstances as they are. Believe me, The peace and freedom that lies in accepting things, She can never be found trying to force them to change.
Day Seven: Make Gratitude Your Way of Life
The most important thing on the last day is gratitude. Make a list of all the things for which you are thankful to God or life. Be it morning tea, company of friends, or your healthy body. Often we remain troubled with life because we forget to pay attention to beautiful things—like blooming flowers, children’s laughter or the setting sun. The more grateful you are, the closer you will get to your dream life.
Remember, this 7 day journey is just a beginning. If you make gratitude and this positive change your permanent habit, you will feel better and start having better experiences. Not only this, you will also find the right path to achieve your goal and get rid of your boring life. 7 day action plan will bring guaranteed happiness in your life!
