बिहार चुनाव: 3 डिप्टी सीएम का RJD ने रखा प्रस्ताव, लेकिन कांग्रेस से ग्रीन सिग्नल का इंतजार

Several rounds of meetings were held on Wednesday among the constituent parties regarding seat sharing in the grand alliance for Bihar elections. According to sources, RJD has proposed the name of Tejashwi Yadav as the CM candidate. RJD has kept the formula of three Deputy CMs (one each from RJD, Congress and VIP).

However, no consensus has been reached today on the number of seats for VIP and CPI(ML). This could not be discussed as Congress leaders were in Delhi.

Under this proposal of RJD, it has been suggested to make one Deputy CM each from RJD, Congress and VIP.

VIP claimed sitting seats of allies

VIP Party has claimed a total of 12 seats, but VIP also has 6 such seats on which allies parties have sitting seats. These 6 seats include two sitting seats each of RJD, Congress and CPI(ML). No consensus could be reached on these 6 seats in today’s meeting.

Demand of CPI(ML) and small parties

CPI(ML) needs more than 19 seats at any cost. The party wants to increase its number of seats through the 2020 formula. On the other hand, CPI and CPM are ready to contest elections on the basis of 2020 formula only. The leaders of the Grand Alliance will now try to reach a consensus on these crucial seats.
