The king of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan celebrated his 60th birthday on 2 November. Like every year, this year Shahrukh Khan did not come to Mannat to meet the fans, because due to renovation he has shifted to Alibaug. Shahrukh Khan also apologized to the fans for not reaching Mannat. However, later he reached the fan meet-up in Bandra and met the fans. During this, a person tried to hold his hand, after which the actor’s team took action and pushed Shahrukh back.
Many videos of Shahrukh Khan have surfaced from the fan meet-up. The actor cut the cake on stage and celebrated the birthday. During this he also gave his iconic pose.
After the meet-up, Shahrukh Khan released its video from the official Instagram account and wrote-
As always, thank you all for making my birthday special. I am deeply grateful and those who could not meet, I will meet them soon in the theater and on my next birthday. love u all.
Coming out of the meet-up, Shahrukh Khan stood behind the barricades and waved to the fans.
Suddenly seeing Shahrukh outside, the crowd became impatient and ran towards Shahrukh Khan. Seeing the crowd coming closer, both the police personnel standing outside the barricade and Shahrukh’s security team swung into action.
When a fan tried to hold Shahrukh Khan’s hand, his security team held the man’s hand and pulled Shahrukh backwards.
Fans started reaching Mannat from last night itself to celebrate Shahrukh Khan’s birthday on 2nd November. Shahrukh had said through social media that he will meet fans in Mannat on his birthday. But Shahrukh did not arrive till late night. To control the crowd, the police also closed the way to the band stand for the fans.
In the evening, Shahrukh Khan made a post on social media apologizing for Mannat not coming and wrote-
I have been advised by the authorities that I will not be able to come out and meet all you lovely people who are waiting for me. I sincerely apologize to all of you, but I have been told that this decision has been taken for everyone’s safety and crowd control. Thank you for your understanding, and believe me, I will miss seeing you more than anything. I couldn’t wait to meet you all and share the love. Lots of love to you all.
