Amandeep Singh lost both his legs in a road accident at the age of 4. Amandeep Singh has traveled till Nationals without any coaching. Along with games, Amandeep also sweats a lot in the gym.

When he came to the gym, people used to see what he would do. Amandeep Singh told that he loves games very much. He joined the gym about 2 years ago. Then people used to say what will this gym do? How will you exercise? Amandeep said that initially there were some problems, but gradually these things became part of the routine. The biggest challenge was to adjust myself at the gym station. For this he even resorted to plastic buckets.
After hard practice, Amandeep also mastered bench press. Now he does more bench press than the common people. He also got injured a few days ago. Now he is getting treated. Amandeep said that his target is to win gold medal for India in Paralympics.

- Lost both legs in 1999: Amandeep Singh was born in 1996 in Gurdaspur. In 1999, at the age of 4, a truck crushed both his legs. Aman’s life was saved in this accident, but the doctors had to amputate both his legs.
- Studied till graduation: Amandeep continued his studies even after the accident. He studied till graduation. Talking about his struggle, he said that he couldn’t get a job anywhere because he didn’t have a leg. After this, he came to Ludhiana to live with his aunt in 2016. Aunt supported and gave her her own showroom work.
- Mother died of cancer: Amandeep Singh told that his mother died of cancer in 2020. After mother’s death, I went into depression for a few days. Then depression was cured through games.
- Dreamed of Paralympics while watching TV: Amandeep further told that the idea of playing games came to his mind after watching Paralympic Games on TV. After this, started practicing shooting in 2020. He faced a lot of trouble due to the high intensity of shooting. After this he started playing shot put in 2022.
- Made place in top 5 at national level: Amandeep told that he participated in the 2023 Para National Games. Made it to the top 5 in this. After this, took part in Khelo India Movement in 2024 and reached the finals. Now I am practicing to win a medal in shot put at the international level.
