Amidst the investigation in the NEET UG-2026 paper leak case, a marksheet has raised many questions. This marksheet belongs to Rishi Biwal, for whom his father Dinesh Biwal is accused of allegedly buying the NEET paper for Rs 10 lakh. According to the Senior Secondary marksheet of Rajasthan Board, Rishi Biwal has passed the Intermediate examination with second division by grace. His marks in science subjects in the marksheet have now become a big topic of discussion.
According to the marksheet, total 32 marks in Hindi, 51 marks in English, total 51 marks in Physics, out of which only 9 marks in Theory-1 and 14 marks in Theory-2, total 58 marks in Chemistry, out of which 15 marks in theory and 14 marks in the second paper, total 62 marks in Biology, out of which 20 marks in theory and 14 marks in the second paper. Overall, Rishi Biwal got 254 marks out of 500 and he passed Second Division By Grace with 50.80 percent marks. Now this marksheet has become a topic of discussion among social media and investigating agencies. Questions are being raised that for a student who had such low theory marks in main subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology, NEET paper was purchased allegedly by spending lakhs of rupees.

CBI investigation has already claimed that the arrested accused Dinesh Biwal admitted during interrogation that he had allegedly ordered the paper for his son. According to sources, a deal worth up to Rs 10 lakh was made for this. However, despite this the student could score only 107 marks in the examination. Investigating agencies say that Mangilal and Dinesh Biwal were playing the role of couriers in the alleged paper network. It is alleged that the question papers were delivered to many students through Telegram PDF, WhatsApp chat and print copy. According to CBI’s remand paper Rajasthan The alleged question papers were shared through a network spanning K Sikar, Gurugram and Nashik. The agency is now investigating mobile data, chat records, digital devices and money transactions. At present CBI is trying to get to the bottom of this entire matter. The agency is trying to find out who was the real source of the alleged question paper leak and how many people were involved in this network.
Had the paper been leaked before?

Last year also in NEET 2025, all the five children of Biwal family got selected in MBBS. It is alleged that he had received the NEET paper before the examination. NEET paper leak accused Mangilal’s son is doing MBBS from Sawai Madhopur Medical College. It is being told that Vikas Biwal was also involved in selling further papers. Yash Yadav of Haryana also lived and studied in Sikar. Then Mangilal’s family came near him. He used to bring papers through the network of Maharashtra. This network is being investigated further. The investigating agencies still believe that the whole game is of coaching mafia. The people caught were only part of the network. The coaching institutes of Sikar are also being monitored. Now the paper will be held again on 21st June
It was canceled after NEET paper was leaked. Today itself National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the new date of re-exam. The exam will now be held on 21st June. Meanwhile, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan told in the press conference that from next year the NEET exam will be completely computer based and online. Instead of OMR sheets, students will be made to sit in front of computers so that there is transparency.
Dharmendra Pradhan said- NTA has announced the new date of NEET UG. Re-examination will be held on June 21. Our priority is the future of the students. He said- Earlier the examination was held on May 3 and till May 7, some concerns were raised in the complaint system of NTA and an internal investigation was also conducted. The case was then handed over to the concerned agencies, in which several states were involved. The situation in this case became clear by May 12. By May 12, we came to know that guess papers were issued through education mafias which were matching with the papers appeared in the examination. He further said- We do not want to compromise with the future of the students. Therefore, we have fixed the new date for the examination as 21st June. Admit cards for this will be issued on June 14.
