The rescue of 3 year old Chetna, who fell into a 700 feet deep borewell in Kotputli, could not be done even on the third day. Due to failed planning by the administration, the innocent child is stuck in the borewell for 40 hours.

The family has also accused the authorities of negligence. Now questions are being raised about the professionals who relied on desi jugaad to rescue the girl.
He expressed so much faith in the indigenous Jugaad that he did not start digging the pit parallel to the borewell for 30 hours. Whereas in borewell rescue, first of all an attempt is made to rescue the victim by digging another pit.
By late Tuesday night, after four indigenous techniques failed, the use of piling machine was started. Actually, Chetna Chaudhary of Badiyali’s Dhani, Kiratpur had fallen into the borewell while playing at 2 pm on Monday.
She was stuck at a depth of about 150 feet. Teams from Desi Jugaad (L Band) managed to drag Chetna only by 30 feet. Chetna’s movement is also not visible since Tuesday morning.
First of all know- where the accident happened
The piling machine arrived from Haryana at around 10:50 pm. Officials are claiming to have rescued the girl by digging a parallel pit.
Officials could not take a decision for 28 hours
At around 12 o’clock on Tuesday night, Kotputli Sub Divisional Officer Brijesh Kumar told the media – Rescue operation is going on continuously to save the girl. Our first plan A was to take the girl out of the borewell with the help of different equipment. If we were not successful in that, we have come to Plan B.
Now we are digging the pit with the help of piling machine. Here, the girl’s grandfather Harsahay Chaudhary accused the administration of negligence. He said- The administration is saying that we are removing the soil. Then after 28 hours it was decided to dig the pit with a machine. Negligence is taking place.

A video of the girl waving her hands had surfaced around 9 pm on Monday night. After this, no movement of the girl was seen inside the borewell.
Hundreds of villagers are present at the spot for the last 40 hours. There was a crowd of people at the accident site even at around 2 o’clock in the night.
A pit is being dug 20 feet away from the spot with a JCB machine. At the same time, resentment in the family and concern about the safety of the girl child is increasing.
Chetna was expected to come out around 11:30 am on Monday, but she was not visible on the camera. Therefore the rescue was stopped.
An attempt was made by putting another camera in the borewell to see it, but it was also not successful. Since then, Chetna is stuck at about 120 feet in the borewell.
Girl Chetna’s mother Dholi Devi has been crying continuously since the accident. When Dainik Bhaskar team reached to talk to him, he folded his hands and made a touching appeal to CM Bhajanlal Sharma. She just kept saying again and again that CM Bhajanlal ji, save my daughter.
