Amid the economic crisis in Pakistan, the government has decided to deploy hunter cats to deal with rats in the country’s parliament. Pakistan’s Capital Development Authority (CDA) has allocated a budget of 12 lakh Pakistani rupees for this.

Pakistani channel Geo TV gave this information on Monday. Actually, the number of rats in the Parliament is continuously increasing. They have ruined many important and confidential files in the departments of Senate and National Assembly by gnawing them. They are damaging the computer by cutting its wires.

CDA is also planning to take the help of private experts to eliminate these rats. Apart from this, special mesh traps will also be installed to catch the rats.

The Pakistan government is continuously selling donkeys to China so that it can improve the condition of the country.

Pakistan is burdened with IMF debt
The economic crisis in Pakistan is not coming to an end. The country has so far taken a loan of 6.28 billion dollars from the IMF. Meanwhile, the number of donkeys in Pakistan is constantly increasing. The Pakistani government presented the country’s economic survey 2 months ago, in which it was told that the number of donkeys in the country has increased by 1.72% to 59 lakhs in a year.

1 lakh donkeys increased in Pakistan in one year
Pakistan ranks third in terms of donkey rearing. In 2022, the population of donkeys in Pakistan was 58 lakhs. Pakistan exports an average of 5 lakh donkeys to China every year, even after this, the population of donkeys in the country has increased by 1 lakh.

The Pakistan government had said last year that they will now earn foreign reserves from the sale of donkeys. The cabinet of Pakistan had also approved the export of cattle and dairy products including donkey skins to China. 80 lakh people in Pakistan are engaged in animal husbandry. Exporting donkeys to China has increased the income of people by 40%.

In China, medicines are made from donkeys
Pakistan, which is facing financial crisis, has lost its foreign exchange reserves to over 9 lakh crore rupees. To avoid this, the Pakistani government had appealed to the people to rear donkeys. The government is selling these donkeys to China.

China is one of the largest importers of donkeys in the world. There is always a demand for donkeys for medicine in China. According to reports, China has the largest market for donkeys.

There is a huge demand for donkey meat, milk and skin in China. Donkey meat is the most popular street food in China. More than 80 lakh people in Pakistan are dependent on this trade. China exports the most donkeys in the world. Pakistan comes third.
