Actor Kamal Haasan, Sonu Sood and singer Adnan Sami have condoled the demise of Wing Commander Namansh Syal. Syal died on Friday during the Dubai Air Show.

Kamal Haasan wrote on social media platform

He further wrote, “A brave son of India gone too soon. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. The entire nation stands with you in this hour of immense grief.”

Actor Sonu Sood also expressed grief over the demise of Commander Syal on X, writing, “Today India lost Wing Commander Namansh Syal, a brave Tejas pilot, who sacrificed his life while flying for his country. His courage and sacrifice will always be remembered. Salute to the true hero. Jai Hind.”

Singer Adnan Sami also paid tribute, writing, “Deeply saddened by the tragic death of Wing Commander Namansh Syal. May his soul rest in peace.”

Wing commander died due to aircraft jet crash

Let us tell you that Namansh Syal, the pilot of Tejas aircraft which crashed in Dubai Airshow on Friday, died. Tejas Light Combat Aircraft LCAMk-1 fighter jet was performing acrobatics in the air. Then Tejas crashed into the ground in front of thousands of spectators and hundreds of cameras.

Father is also a retired Indian Army officer

Wing Commander Namansh Syal, a resident of Nagrota Bagwan in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, was known for his discipline and excellent service. In his family, his wife is also an officer in the Air Force.

The family consists of a 7-year-old daughter and her parents. Namansh’s father Jagannath Syal is retired from the Medical Corps of the Indian Army and is a principal in the Himachal Pradesh Education Department.

Mother Bina Devi is a housewife. His parents had gone to visit Hyderabad at the time of the accident. It was there only that he got this information.

Father was searching for air show video on YouTube

While talking to a media group, Jagannath Syal had said, ‘I last spoke to my son on Thursday. He asked me to watch his air show on TV or YouTube. At 4 pm on Friday evening, I was searching the video of air show on YouTube. Then I saw the report of the plane crash. Six Air Force officers reached our house and I understood that something went wrong.

Indian Air Force and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had expressed grief over the death of Wing Commander Namansh Syal by posting on X.
