Two important instructions of Supreme Court for settling pending cases…
- On October 20, the Supreme Court had asked the Chief Justice to form a committee to settle the pending cases that have been pending for more than five years, which can continuously monitor them. The court says that lakhs of people file petitions in the hope of justice. It is our responsibility to ensure that everyone gets justice. Due to delay in justice, people start losing faith in the court.
- All the courts of the districts and talukas will have to ensure that the parties appear on the fixed date after the arguments are completed. Apart from this, the statements of the cases should be recorded within 30 days. If someone’s statement is not recorded within the stipulated time, then explain in writing why there was a delay in it.
