Jasbir Jassi said, “It is protesting just because his film is a Pakistani artist, let’s assume it is patriotic and I appreciate your patriotism, but do you know that 80 percent of the songs of our country are Pakistani? Sometimes music was stolen, sometimes speaking, sometimes the whole song was taken, or what will be lost from Pakistani singers.

Jasbir Jassi also said- “If you want to ban, delete all the Pakistani songs, delete them with YouTube and Spotify. If you want to ban, do everyone, not you just start opposing an artist?”

Aicwa wrote a letter to PM Modi On the other hand, the All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has written an objection to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The association alleged that Diljit took a terrorist country Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in the film, while recently 26 Indians died in Pahalgam.

Aicwa demands:

All social media accounts of Diljeet should be suspended in India.

Diljit’s songs and movies move away from YouTube, Spotify, Jio Sawan and OTT.

-Diljit’s live shows and public events were sustained permanent restrictions.

-Diljit should not be included in any government program or campaign.

-Funding of the film Sardar G3 should be investigated and it was banned across the country.

The association has appealed to CBFC not to give a certificate to any future film of Diljit. Aicwa has officially banned Diljit from the Indian film industry. Aicwa has clarified, whoever works with Diljit, legal action will be taken on it.
