There was chaos in the vegetable market of Lebanon due to the pager explosion.
There were pager explosions in Lebanon on September 17. Hezbollah blamed Israel for this. Now US intelligence sources have also told ABC News that Israel had a hand in making these pagers. It had been planning this for the last 15 years.
According to ABC News, shell companies were involved in planning the attack. Israeli intelligence officers were carrying forward the plan at different levels. Intelligence officers had created a company which, according to records, had been manufacturing pagers for a long time.
There were some people in the company who had no idea about this conspiracy. Sources said that 25-50 grams of explosives were put in the pagers. It was also connected to a remote to trigger it.

Hezbollah bought pagers and walkie-talkies 5 months ago; both exploded
The pagers in which the blast took place were bought by Hezbollah about 5 months ago. At the same time, another communication device, walkie-talkie, was also bought for communication, in which a blast took place on 18 September. In his speech on 19 September, Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah had said that the top leaders of the organization had old pagers. They did not have the new devices through which the attack was carried out.
Nasrallah had said that Israel wanted to kill 5,000 Hezbollah members using pagers. He already knew that Hezbollah used these devices. According to the report, the US intelligence agency CIA has been avoiding such operations for a long time because it can endanger the lives of civilians on a large scale.
Initial reports claimed that the pagers that exploded in Lebanon were manufactured by Hungarian company BAC Consulting under contract with Taiwanese company Gold Apollo. However, a Hungarian government spokesman said that the company that manufactured the pagers did not have a factory in the country, nor were the pagers made in Hungary.
Claim- Explosives were planted in 5000 pagers of Hezbollah
Earlier, British news agency Reuters had claimed in its report that Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad had planted explosives in 5 thousand pagers of Hezbollah. These pagers operate with the help of code. They were sent to Lebanon earlier this year. The source had said that it was very difficult to detect the explosives inside the pagers. It could not be detected even with any device or scanner.
On September 17, a message was received on these pagers which activated the explosives. 12 people were killed in the attack. The dead included 8 Hezbollah members and 2 children. More than 3000 were injured in this attack, including Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon.
