According to Engineer Rashid, male eunuch prisoners in Tihar Jail attacked Ayub Pathan of Birwah, Bilal Mir of Qamarwari and Amir Gojri of Srinagar, while Arshid Tanch of Kupwara was also insulted. He alleged that Kashmiri prisoners have patience, but as soon as they start offering prayers, they are deliberately instigated and harassed.
