Ashnoor Kaur’s sudden eviction from Bigg Boss 19 became the biggest controversy of this season, where Tanya’s injury during a task changed the situation. People are continuously raising questions about this decision on social media, while Ashnoor says that whatever happened was completely unintentional. Ashnoor, known for her clean and straightforward journey in the show, came out and spoke openly on every issue for the first time.

While talking to Dainik Bhaskar, Ashnoor Kaur told how her journey, the controversy with Tanya, bonding with Abhishek and the behavior of her family members affected her game throughout the season.

How was your Bigg Boss journey? Ever thought that the end would be like this?

It has been a very roller-coaster ride for me in Bigg Boss. I never thought the ending would be so abrupt. I didn’t know that Tanya would put so much effort into that task. Nor did anyone come and tell me this. I came to know about it directly during the weekend. Then there was something in the house otherwise he had applied roll-on. That wood was heavy, when I was carrying it on my shoulder my eyes were down and bent forward. I was just going to put that wood down but I didn’t see Tanya was there and she got hit because of me.

If you ever get a chance to work with Tanya in the industry, would you do it?

Tanya is not my friend, nor can she ever be. But yes, I am very professional when it comes to work. So professional that even if there is a wall in front of me, I will be able to act.

Which contestant is not worthy of living in Bigg Boss house?

According to me, Malti, because first of all she came in the middle of the season. She is a very confused girl. Keeps changing her statements again and again. Sometimes she says anything to anyone like “Go away.” One day during an argument she tells me “I will expose you.” I said, “Do it then.” But alas she could not. He has nothing except empty threats. She tells me “You are 21 years old, I will let you go.” Then she also abuses. So I don’t understand anything about them.

Was Abhishek your weakness or strength in the show?

I kept my friendship separate from the game. Personally and professionally, I am a very different kind of girl and I have a simple rule that I never make friends for the sake of games. My and Abhishek’s vibes matched, so we were friends. So it is not at all that my game has been affected because of that. Abhishek was there, so my 2 months passed smoothly in Bigg Boss house, otherwise there would have been problems.

Who do you think will win Bigg Boss 19 this time?

Don’t know who will win, but I want Praneet to win.

When Praneeth saved you from eviction, it was said that he did not evict you but his strong contestant Abhishek. Did Praneeth consider you weak?

I don’t think that’s the case. Everyone has their own perspective on this. Everyone follows their own mind and it also depends on the kind of bonding you have with others. He did whatever he felt was right at that time.

Even before you, be it Abhishek, Kushal Tandon or Archana Gautam, they too were expelled due to violence and then got a second chance. Do you think you were wronged?

I am very sad about this and people on social media are also angry about this. I have not seen the earlier seasons of Bigg Boss, but some clips that I saw on social media showed that yes, this has happened before also. But the makers of the show had already taken this decision.

As far as Salman Khan is concerned, it is his style to speak like this. He is the host of the show. I have taken everything he said sportingly. I think I will be more prepared in the future for this kind of game where I don’t let things go and answer right there.

What is your favorite moment in Bigg Boss house, which you will always remember?

When my father came home, it was great to meet him and the second was the rat captaincy task in which Abhishek and I were involved. Everyone was supporting Gaurav Khanna but I performed well, and when the task was over everyone clapped for me and gave me a standing ovation.
