The Fact Czech feature of Tesla owner Ellon Musk’s social media platform X has denied the claims of India’s advisor Peter Navarro’s Russian oil purchases.
X wrote in a note-
India buys oil from Russia for its energy security, not just for profit. This purchase does not violate international sanctions. The US itself buys uranium and other things from Russia, showing a double attitude of US administration.
In fact, Peter Navaro had made serious accusations against India of earning profit by purchasing oil from Russia and promoting Ukraine War.
Navaro said- India buys Russian oil for profits
Peter Navaro, wrote in a post on X, ‘India’s high tariffs harm American jobs. India buys oil from Russia only for profit, which helps Russia’s war machine. The people of Ukraine and Russia are dying of this, and the money of American taxpayers is being wasted. India cannot accept the truth.

Navarro has described Ukraine Jung as ‘Modi War’
Earlier, Navaro described Ukraine Jung as ‘Modi war’. On August 27, Navarro accused India of promoting the war and playing double games in Bloomberg TV interview.
Navaro had said that India buys cheap oil from Russia and refine it and sells it at a higher price. This gives Russia money for war and attacks Ukraine.
Navaro warned that India’s growing relations with Russia and China could become a threat to the world.
He said- India you are meeting with dictators. China captured Aksai Chin and many of your areas. And Russia? Let it also go. These are not your friends.
Navaro said- Buying Russian oil is harmful for America
Navaro had said, ‘Indian leaders put eyes in our eyes and say that we will not stop buying Russian oil. Now what does this mean? ‘ He accused Russia of running a war machinery from the money received in lieu of oil sold to India.
He said- Russia attacks Ukraine and kills the people there. Then Ukraine comes to us and Europe and says that give us more money. In this way American taxpayers are damaged.
Navaro also criticized the Indian tariff on American goods. They said-
Everyone is suffering from India’s policies in America. American public, business, workers are all losing, because India has put very high tariffs. Because of this, jobs are going in America, factories are closing, people’s income and increased wages are also ending. American taxpayers are also suffering losses, as their money is finally being used in Modi’s war.
Indian Brahmins were accused of profiteering
On 2 September, Navaro accused Indian Brahmins of profiteering by purchasing Russian oil. He had said that India’s Brahmins are earning profits from Russian oil, which is paying the whole of India.
Navaro said that India is facing the most tariffs due to purchasing oil from Russia. This is not harming Russia and America, but common Indians. They should understand this.
Navaro called India a ‘washing machine of Russia’ and alleged that India is not only increasing trade imbalance, but is also strengthening alliances that are against the interests of America.
