Trump praised Indian Prime Minister Modi during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) event in South Korea.
US President Donald Trump has described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the ‘best looking man’. Trump attended a luncheon with Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) business leaders in South Korea on Wednesday. During this he said,
Prime Minister Modi is a great looking man. But he is a killer, very tough.
He also praised Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Also described PAK Army Chief Asim Munir as a tremendous fighter.
Apart from this, Trump once again claimed that he had played a role in ending the conflict between India and Pakistan earlier this year.
Trump’s claim – 7 planes fell in India-Pakistan conflict
Trump said that the situation between India and Pakistan was tense in May. The two countries were at war and seven aircraft were shot down.
Trump said he tried to stop the conflict by applying trade pressure. He said,
Two nuclear countries were preparing to fight. They were saying, let us fight. Prime Minister Modi is a very strong leader, best looking, but also very strict. After some time he called and said that he would end the fight.
Trump said that he has an excellent relationship with both India and Pakistan. Trump also said that he had warned both countries that the US would not make a trade deal with them if the conflict continued.
South Korea gave highest honor to Trump
South Korea has honored President Trump with its highest honor ‘Grand Order of Mugunghwa’. Trump is the first American President to receive this award. Along with this, President Myung also gifted a gold crown to Trump.

Trump expressed his disappointment at not being able to become president for the third time. He said the law prevents them from doing so. Trump called it very bad. Speaking to reporters, Trump said,
