Similarly, Padmanabhaswamy Temple of Kerala is the richest in terms of ancient treasures. 99% of its wealth is in the form of ‘ancient treasures’, including gold statues, coins and diamonds. This land is in 24 out of 30 districts of Odisha. The temple also has 395 acres of land in 6 states. The value of the treasure, land and other movable and immovable properties present in the temple is up to ₹1.2 lakh crore.
