A 30-year-old judge was found dead in his house in South Delhi’s Green Park area. In the initial investigation, the police is considering it as a case of suicide. The deceased has been identified as Aman Kumar Sharma, who was posted as Secretary of District Legal Services Authority in Karkardooma Court.
According to Delhi Police, Safdarjung Enclave police station received a PCR call at around 1:45 pm on Saturday afternoon. This call was made by Aman Sharma’s brother-in-law Shivam, who lives in Defense Colony. He told the police that Aman had committed suicide in the bathroom of the house.
As soon as the information was received, the police team immediately reached the house located in Green Park. Aman Sharma was found there inside the bathroom. He was immediately taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. After this incident Aman’s father came from Alwar. The father told everything related to his case.
The judge had told the father about the problem
Rajesh Sharma, a relative of the deceased Aman Sharma, said that the night before the incident, Aman had called his father at around 10 pm. On the phone he said that he was very upset and his life had become difficult. Hearing this, the father tried to control him and asked what was the matter. As soon as the father heard about Aman’s problem, he left for Delhi from Alwar the same night and reached home at around 12 o’clock.

There was a dispute going on with his wife for a long time.
On reaching home, the father came to know that there was a dispute going on between Aman and his wife for a long time. Aman told his father that he was under extreme mental stress for the last two months and was being harassed continuously. He also told that his wife has complete control in the house and everything is considered hers. Aman’s wife is also a judicial officer, while his sister is an IAS officer and posted in Jammu.

The father claims that he tried to handle the situation, but the daughter-in-law allegedly asked him to leave the house and threatened that if he did not leave, she would call the police and get him locked up. After this the father tried to contact the daughter-in-law’s parents, but their number was blocked.

It was claimed on behalf of the father that later Aman’s wife’s uncle was called so that the matter could be resolved sitting together. He even reached near the house, but he received a message and returned saying that he could not do anything in this matter.
During this time the noise in the house increased. Aman was sitting in one room, while his wife was in the other room. The father says that the wife was speaking in a loud voice and Aman was crying. After some time, when the father asked the wife where Aman was, she said that she did not know.
After this the father called the app on Aman’s mobile, whose bell was heard from the bathroom. When the bathroom door was broken, Aman was found inside hanging from his wife’s chunni. The family was shocked to see this scene.
